Extended Terms of Service

General

❧ I reserve the right to refuse my service for any reason.❧ By submitting a commission inquiry you accept and agree to all terms of service provided.❧ Prices of commissions are subject to change at any time.❧ My art style may change at any time.❧ My client's views and opinions outside of their commission do not reflect my own.❧ Clients must inform me if they change their username on the app we are corresponding on as soon as possible in order to make sure I don't lose track of them during the commission process.

NSFW Policies

❧ All characters and parties involved in a NSFW commission must be 18+ years of age, no exceptions.❧ I require written consent directly from any owners of original characters not belonging to you. I will need to message any partners / other parties involved to confirm their age and request their consent to the piece. Because of this, I recommend not ordering "surprise" NSFW commissions for partners from me.❧ Some intense NSFW elements may incrue additional fees depending on what the request is.

Commission Process / Payment

❧Additional fees for complex character designs / multiple characters / scenarios / any of the listed fee items will be charged on a case-by-case basis.❧Payment must be received within 48 hours of request/invoice at risk of your commission being cancelled. If you know you'll need more time before payment can be made, please wait to order until you're ready.❧I will keep you up to date with any interruptions that come with my process. I cannot provide exact wait times / estimates of time to completion. General wait time is between around a month to 4 months depending on my queue and other things in my schedule such as events or conventions.❧I accept rush fees for most commissions. This is a fee of around $25 (higher for larger commissions) to bump your commission up in my queue and have it finished anywhere from a day to 1 week. Let me know prior to payment if you'd like to add a rush fee to your order. I also accept rush fees post-purchase if you would like to speed up your commission.❧Final pieces will be delivered via attachment or a download link.

Alterations / Changes

❧For customs and illustrations, a sketch will be sent for your approval before continuation.❧You are entitled to one full re-sketch if you do not like what's been drawn at all (Does not apply to sketch commissions). Please be detailed in your description of what you'd like changed if this is the case. You may sketch overtop my images or send sketches of your own for this purpose.❧ Changes to a sketch of a commission are free, up to 3 changes. More may result in additional fees. Changes after the sketch stage may vary depending on the volume/type of request. Fee costs vary, starting at $10 and up. Inability or unwillingness to pay fees will result in a completed commission with no more allowance for changes at any stage.❧ I will not make changes to final commissions unless I made a mistake regarding the character design like missing a feature, forgetting to add a pelt mark, etc. Minor changes like backdrop color may be permitted.❧ If you request more time to decide on any changes you'd like to make to your commission, I will not check in more than twice if I do not get information from you about how you'd like me to proceed. If more than 3 months go by and you have yet to inform me of changes you'd like, your commission will be placed on indefinite hold. Any changes requested after this time will require added fees, and I will not take any extra change requests following this. The commission will be completed in full to my own discretion.

Refunds

❧ I will only issue refunds to custom designs and illustrations, not sketches. Full refunds are only accepted before work on your piece has begun. If you need a refund, message me directly and we can discuss.❧ I reserve the right to cancel a commission that I feel I can't complete to the best of my ability. Your commission may be cancelled and refunded if I do not feel that I can complete it. This is uncommon. These commissions will be fully refunded.❧ If you are unable to contact me / not replying to messages of mine over a 2 month period, or if you are inappropriate or disrespectful, your commission will be cancelled and unable to be refunded. If you know you will be away for a certain amount of time that may make contacting me about your commission difficult, you must notify me prior.

Finished Art Rights

❧ I reserve the right to post or not post any commission I complete to my social media. You can request your commission not be posted, or not be tagged (instead posted and listed as from an anonymous client). For any of these options, you must inform me as you order your commission.❧ Your finished commission can be re-uploaded to social media ONLY with visible, direct credit in the first line of a piece's description. You may use your piece for non-commercial use such as personal prints and social media avatars. Avatar credit is optional but appreciated.❧ Regarding character design commissions, your character I design for you can be used for anything you like, such as merchandise (of your own art of the character, not mine), appearances in comics, animations, novels, etc., crafts like fursuits, etc. Credit for the character design is only needed where designated, for example, listed as the character designer for your character at the end of a book. Fursuits you make of custom characters or purchased adoptable designs from me may be sold by you along with the character rights (premades or resales)
❧ You may use your commission for social media icons (credit optional), profile decor, and other NON-COMMERCIAL goods such as prints, stickers, or keychains for personal use. Do not redistribute or resell my artwork as merchandise. Gifting physical items like stickers or keychains is okay as long as the items are given for free.❧ Your commission may not be redistributed as prints, NFTs & other cryptocurrency, AI models, or other merchandise. If you would like me to create a piece for you specifically for retail (prints/merchandising), let me know before your piece is ordered. Extra fees may apply.❧ All rights not otherwise expressed in these terms are reserved.
